•1:45 p.m. — Arrest of Raymond L. Neal on a charge of failure to pay child support. Held in the Macon County Jail.

•1:49 p.m. — Burglary, 3rd degree, reported at Tysonville Road, Shorter.

•1:59 p.m. — Harassment reported at 62 Robin Lane, Shorter.

February 6

•7:42 a.m. — Theft of property, 2nd degree, and criminal mischief, 3rd degree, reported at 5301 County Road 13, Shorter.

•12:55 p.m. — Identity theft reported at 1470 Bell Quarter Road, Shorter

•3:37 p.m. — Arrest of Benny Lee Newton on a charge of probation violation. Held in the Macon County Jail.

•5:24 p.m. — Unauthorized use of a vehicle reported at 731 Chesson Hill Drive, Hardaway.

February 7

•3:48 p.m. — Theft of property, 1st degree, reported at 529 Little Texas Road, Tuskegee.

February 8

•1:43 p.m. — Possession of a controlled substance reported at County Road 31, Notasulga.

•2:05 p.m. — Arrest of Willie C. Mays on a charge for possession of a controlled substance. Held in the Macon County Jail.

•7:23 p.m. — Harassment reported at 3931 Tysonville Loop Road, Tuskegee.

February 9

•1:58 p.m. — Arrest of Brionna L. Smith on a charge for theft of property, 2nd degree. Held in the Macon County Jail.

•2:01 p.m. — Theft of property, 1st degree, reported at 16300 County Road 2, Fort Davis.

•2:01 p.m. — Recovered vehicle reported at County 45 Armstrong, Fort Davis.

•10:07 p.m. — Reckless endangerment reported at 5104 County Road 54, Notasulga.

•11:35 p.m. — Harassment reported at Lily Lane, Notasulga.

February 11

•9:40 a.m. — Theft of property, 3rd degree, reported at 100 Eagle Road, Shorter.

•9:56 a.m. — Theft of property, 4th degree, reported at 8660 County Road 39, Shorter.

•10:07 a.m. — Theft of property, 1st degree, reported at 265 County Road 5, Tuskegee.

•11:14 a.m. — Assault. 2nd degree, reported at 149 Cemetery Road, Notasulga.
