City Redd’s House of Style Barbershop hosted the 7th Annual “Kids’ Fest” at the Henderson Park Pool on Saturday, August 5. Activities will included card games, checkers, basketball, and free admission to the swimming pool. Jump Wright will provided a dunking booth. Free school supplies and book bags were handed out to participants.
Run’nRef Sports will conducted a free basketball camp on Thursday, August 3 at BTW High School and Friday, August 4 at Notasulga High School. The camp returned to BTW High School on Saturday, August 5 and school supplies were given away at the end of the camp. The camp was sponsored by Tim Hatten and Run’NRef Sports.
FOOTBALL AND CHEER PRACTICE BEGIN
The Tuskegee Junior Tigers began football and cheer practice on Tuesday, Aug. 1. Practice will continue this week. There is still time to sign your child up for football. Registration closes on Friday, Aug. 11.

The Tuskegee Junior Tigers is the official youth football program on the City of Tuskegee and Tuskegee Parks & Recreation. The Tuskegee Junior Tigers are the defending EAYFL sophomore champions and freshman runner-up and are entering their fourth season in the EAYFL.
For the 2017 season, all games will be played on Saturdays and will begin at 9 a.m. with the Freshman (5 & 6 Year Old), Sophomore (7& 8 Year Old), Junior (9 & 10 Year Old), and Senior (11 & 12 Year Old).
Home games will be played at BTW.
